Meet Your Facilitator
Dr. Josie Gardner is a visionary facilitator, educator, and scholar who bridges inner and outer healing toward holistic self–society transformation. She holds a PhD in Peace Studies, specializing in collective trauma healing in spaces of historic violence and polarization, and has spent over a decade integrating research, practice, and embodied wisdom to cultivate individual resilience and relational repair in communities impacted by conflict and systemic injustice. With a background in conflict transformation, community activism, ritual-based transformation, rites of passage facilitation, collective somatics, and human rights work, Josie has collaborated with vulnerable communities around the world, bringing a grounded, heart-centered approach to transformational leadership. Today, she works with women to rise and reclaim their authentic truth and wild radiance through trauma-aware embodiment and regulation, rites of passage, and visionary change-making. She is most passionate about supporting emerging women visionaries to boldly live their truth and walk a path of deep meaning and purpose.
