Healing the Mother Line is a conceptual and experiential workshop exploring how the stories, patterns, and wisdom of our maternal lineage live within us.
We begin by grounding in the framework of the Mother Line through the lens of ancestral lineage healing and intergenerational trauma, uncovering how inherited wounds and strengths shape our bodies, relationships, and sense of belonging.
From there, participants are guided through a meditative journey to encounter the blessings and burdens of their individual Mother Lines. Through reflection and gentle ritual, we explore how ancestral awareness can transform pain into resilience and deepen our connection to those who came before and those yet to be born of our lineage.

This workshop invites a return to relationship, reverence, and repair, awakening the wisdom in our bones and the medicine of our lineages as we step into our roles as future ancestors in the making.
