This is a breathwork workshop for people who spend too much time in their heads, deal with constant overwhelm, or often feel disconnected from their bodies.
Through a combination of gentle breath exploration, somatic awareness, and creative reflection, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady and supportive, not overwhelming.
This is not a high-intensity breathwork session, and there’s no pressure to have a big emotional release. Instead, the focus is on building awareness, creating a sense of internal safety, and learning how to listen to your body in real time.
You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or creative practices.Everything offered is choice-based, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace. The intention is not to fix your breath or change your body, but to begin experiencing it as a place you can return to: something that supports you, rather than something you have to manage.Participants will need two pieces of paper and something to draw with (a pen is fine, but your favorite colored tools such as crayons, markers, or colored pencils is even better!).
