The pelvic floor is one of the most vital and most misunderstood parts of the female body. It influences how we breathe, how we move, how we recover, and how we feel in our bodies every single day. Yet most women have never been given the tools to truly understand it. This masterclass changes that.

Erin brings together her expertise in osteopathy, yoga, and pelvic health to offer women a grounded, accessible deep-dive into the living pelvic floor.

Together, we will explore the relationship between breath and pelvic floor function, why strength and softness are equally important, how myofascial release can restore comfort and mobility, the connection between your nervous system and pelvic health, and how common health issues show up in the pelvic floor and what you can do about them.

Woven throughout is something rarely centred in women's health, your own lived experience. Because no conversation about the pelvic floor is complete without the voices of the women living in these bodies.

Whether you are postpartum, perimenopausal, navigating pain or dysfunction, or simply ready to finally understand this part of yourself: this masterclass is for you.
Meet Your Facilitator
Rooted in a lifelong fascination with the human body — first through classical ballet and dance, then yoga — Erin has spent decades exploring the body's capacity to heal. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU, a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga certification, and a Master's in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, with additional foundation training at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy in the UK.

Her path into osteopathy was shaped by a personal health crisis while studying with master teachers in India, which led her to discover the profound impact of osteopathic care firsthand. She has since expanded her practice to include pelvic floor therapy, certification as a Yoga Tune Up© instructor, and doula training through the Original Instructions School. She has also provided osteopathic care and labor support at Manos Abiertas, a natural birth center in Guatemala.

Now based in Northern California, Erin offers compassionate, evidence-based osteopathic manual therapy to clients in Nevada City and the Grass Valley area — bringing an intuitive, integrative approach to movement, postpartum recovery, and whole-body vitality.
